I like your web and your recipes I cook many of the them ,I am from Argentina with a Spanish passion for cooking Spanish dishes or Italian my favorites.
Every year at our Christmas Eve,i ended cooking the same dishes an principal because I like to cook at heat.
This are cannelloni different kings , vitel tonne , jam , same salad , empanadas , and i am looking for something different, the children’s grow up , and the want something new.
I live in Florida ,USA and at this time usually is warm , I am looking for light healthy dishes and I open a your suggestions if you have some.

Try to use vegetables as much as you can, for example pasta with vegetables, rice, healthy salads as a starter. Living in Florida add fish to your diet.
