Pasta pizzoccheri

This is a special recipe: in Chinese. Recently, I have a lot of followers from China, therefore I decided to post a recipe in Chinese. My son is studying Chinese and did the translation (one of his favorite recipes) while being in China this summer. Enjoy Pizzoccheri!

菜谱

我非常高兴因为这个是我的第一次用中文写的菜谱. 我是Paola的儿子,今年我是16岁. 七月我去了中国学中文,留了在北京三个星期. 我上了北京的语言大学,真好玩儿. 近来妈妈跟我说了中国人和台湾人非常喜欢她的博客, 我们就决定我写一个菜谱. 这个菜谱是我最喜欢的. 我想说我学中文只有一年,而且我自己学了.
是北方的菜.冬天的时候,特别棒. 是荞麦的面条.里面有三种的起司(Bitto, Valtellina Casera和 Parmigiano Reggiano. 这些在意大利是非常有名的), 菠菜或者白菜和土豆.

Pizzoccheri
用料: (四人份)
面条340公克
菠菜或者白菜300公克
土豆255公克
黄油110公克
大蒜2瓣
起司
切成片的Bitto70公克
切成片的Valtellina Casera130公克
切成丝的Parmigiano Reggiano100公克
盐和胡椒
做法:
第一步把菠菜和土豆洗干净.然后把土豆和菠菜切成块儿.
第二步把切好的菠菜和土豆放在锅里煮.五分钟之后,把蔬菜捞出来.别把水倒掉, 为了煮面条用相同的水. 然后把面条放在锅中,加入少许盐. 再煮十分钟.
第三步把面条捞出来, 把水倒掉.
第四步把黄油熔化,然后加入胡椒和大蒜.
第五步把黄油,面条,蔬菜和起司搅拌均匀放入烤箱.小火加热十分钟.
第六步味道好极了.
