What could be a delicious and elegant holiday dish that will wow your guests? Try this salad with smoked salmon and almonds.
This is a salad to serve as a starter at your New’s Year dinner, something light and tasty. I also like it as my main course for a light lunch.
Fish should be on your table at least 2-3 times a week. Salmon is an excellent source of high-quality protein, vitamins and minerals, as well as omega-3 fatty acids, which should receive special attention. Omega-3 fatty acids are beneficial to your brain, heart, joints and general well-being.
Happy New Year! Buon Anno! Wish you, my beloved readers, a Peaceful and Healthy 2021. This year has being difficult because of the pandemic where our inner strength has been tested.
This salad is part of my new book Honestly Healthy, Salad and Smoothies for Every Day, available on Amazon.
